Notifications
Choose what Praktor tells you about, per channel and per client.

Praktor can tell you when something on one of your clients needs you. Choose what reaches you under Settings → Notifications.
What Praktor can tell you about

| Serious risk found | Praktor flagged a high or critical risk |
| Health score dropped a band | A client moved from Healthy to Watch, or Watch to At Risk |
| Teammate joined a client I manage | Somebody was added to a client you manage |
| Invited to a workspace | You’ve been invited somewhere new |
Each one can reach you in the app, by email, both, or neither — except a workspace invitation, whose email always sends, because it’s the message that carries the link you need to accept.
My defaults and per-client overrides
My defaults apply to every client you’re on. That’s the setting you’ll usually change once and leave.
Per-client overrides are for the exceptions: the account in a delicate phase where you want everything, or the steady one where you only want the serious things. An override wins over your defaults for that client alone.
You can also silence a single client entirely, which is the quickest fix when one account is generating more noise than signal.
Turning something off as it arrives
You don’t have to come here to stop a stream of notifications. From the bell in the app you can turn off that kind of notification for that client on the spot.
What these settings don’t change
Notification preferences are yours alone — they change what you receive, never what your colleagues do, and never what Praktor records. Turning off “Serious risk found” doesn’t stop risks being flagged; it stops you being told.
