Troubleshooting

The handful of things that go wrong, and what to do about each.

Why does it say interactions are awaiting analysis?

Some of your notes are queued and haven’t been read yet, so their insights and the client’s health score are behind. Usually this means the workspace has run out of credits. An owner can top up under Settings → Billing, and the queue clears on its own once there are credits.

Nothing is lost while you wait. The notes are saved; only the analysis is paused.

Why can’t the assistant find a note I definitely wrote?

If you saved a note without analysis, it’s on the client’s dashboard but the assistant can’t search it and no risks or opportunities were pulled from it. Re-analyse it from the Insights tab. Praktor shows the credit cost before you commit.

Why is a client’s score blank?

Because nothing has been logged for them yet. A blank score means no evidence, which Praktor deliberately doesn’t dress up as a middling one. Log an interaction and it fills in.

Why hasn’t my sentiment label changed since last week?

The dashboard label holds its last value when there hasn’t been recent activity, and shows how stale it is beside it. A stale label is telling you nobody has logged anything lately, not that nothing has happened.

My voice note didn’t turn into anything

Check the length and the file. A recording can be up to 30 minutes and 25 MB, in MP3, M4A, WAV, OGG or WebM. If the recording had no speech in it, Praktor marks it so you can record again rather than silently saving an empty note.

Somebody left and their notes look odd

Their interactions stay, which is the point of a shared record, but their name becomes Former member. Nothing they logged is removed when their account goes.
