Invite your team
Invite colleagues to your workspace, assign them to clients, and manage invitations.
Updated 12 September 2026
Bring colleagues into your workspace and decide which clients they work on.
Inviting someone to the workspace
Go to Settings → Members (available to admins and owners). Enter the person’s email, choose their workspace role, and send the invite. Admins can invite members. Only an owner can invite another admin or owner — an admin’s invite form offers Member only.
The person gets an email with a link to accept. Invitations expire after 7 days. You can resend or revoke them at any time from the same page. If an invite has been sitting unaccepted for a while, Praktor flags it, in case the person already has an account under a different workspace.
Adding someone to a client
Being in the workspace doesn’t, by itself, give a member access to any client (owners and admins are the exception; they see everything). To give a member access, open the client’s Settings → Team, choose Add member, pick the person and their client role (manager, editor or viewer), and optionally give them a job title.
You can only add people who are already in your workspace. If someone isn’t there yet, invite them to the workspace first.
Managing members
From Settings → Members you can see everyone, which clients they’re on, change workspace roles, and remove people. You can’t change or remove your own row here. To leave the workspace yourself, use Workspaces.
What a new member sees
When someone accepts an invite, Praktor guides them in based on their situation. For example, signing in first, or confirming they want to switch if they’re already in another workspace. Once in, they’re asked for their name and land on the Clients page. New sign-ups always create their own brand-new workspace, so joining an existing workspace is always done through an invite, never by signing up again.
