The client dashboard
What the client's landing screen shows you, and what each panel is telling you.
Updated 12 September 2026
Opening a client lands you on its dashboard: the one screen that answers “where does this relationship stand right now?” before you read a single log.
What you’ll find on it
Each client has a dashboard that gives you the whole picture at a glance:
- Header: name, status, and a separate health chip (Healthy / Watch / At risk). Status and health are two different signals and can disagree.
- Things that need your attention: notices appear only when relevant, such as notes waiting to be analysed, hand-typed notes you can re-analyse, or possible duplicate people to review.
- Health score: a large score with a 30-day trend, the highest-severity open risk, and a trend chart, all read from what your people logged. See Health score.
- Risks and opportunities: the open items, with severity and suggested next steps.
- Key metrics: sentiment, team size, recent activity, renewal date.
- Recent activity: a rolling timeline of the last couple of weeks of logs.
Each section loads on its own, so if one is slow or has a hiccup the rest of the page still works — just use its Try again link.
Next
- What the number means: Health score.
- What needs doing: The actions board.
