Plans and credits
Praktor's plans, how credits work, buying top-ups, and managing your subscription.
Updated 12 September 2026
Praktor has a Free plan to get started and paid plans for teams that need more. Billing is managed by the workspace owner under Settings → Billing.
Plans
| Plan | Clients | History kept | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | Up to 15 | 6 months | Trying Praktor with a handful of accounts |
| Pro | Up to 50 | 18 months | Growing teams that need the full picture |
| Business | Up to 250 | 3 years | Larger teams with heavier usage |
| Enterprise | Unlimited | 5 years | Custom needs and dedicated support, with single sign-on coming |
Enterprise is arranged directly, so talk to us if that’s the shape you need.
History kept is how far back your interactions stay in Praktor. Older ones are removed once they pass your plan’s window, so if you need a longer record, either move to a plan that keeps more or export what you want to keep before it ages out.
Prices are shown with a monthly or yearly option (yearly works out cheaper) and include GST. New sign-ups start on Free. There’s no automatic trial. If you’d like to trial Pro, get in touch and our team can arrange it. When a trial ends, your workspace simply moves to Free and nothing is deleted.
Admins can view the billing page, but only the owner can change the plan or payment details.
Credits
Credits power Praktor’s AI analysis. Logging is always free. Credits are only used when Praktor analyses what you’ve logged:
- A typed note uses 2 credits.
- A voice note uses 2 credits, plus 1 for every minute of audio (rounded up). So a one-minute note is 3 credits, a ten-minute note is 12, and the longest note you can record, 30 minutes, is 32.
- Asking the assistant a question uses 2 credits.
Your balance has two parts:
- Allowance: the credits included with your plan each month. Unused allowance doesn’t carry over — each cycle starts fresh at your plan’s full allowance.
- Purchased: one-off top-up credits, used after your allowance. These expire at the end of your current billing cycle.
If you run out, new notes are still saved but their analysis is paused until you top up. Nothing is lost, and paused notes are analysed automatically once you have credits again.
Buying top-ups
A top-up is A$15 for 500 credits — a one-off purchase, with the credits appearing shortly after payment. They’re available on paid plans with an active subscription; the Free plan and trials can’t buy them, so you’d upgrade to a paid plan first.
Managing your subscription
From Settings → Billing the owner can:
- Upgrade to a paid plan, or switch between plans (or between monthly and yearly). Changes are prorated.
- Update payment details, view invoices, or cancel through the billing portal.
If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you can reactivate any time before then. If a payment fails, Praktor shows a reminder so you can fix it before anything changes.
