The actions board. Every commitment Praktor finds in a log now lands on an Actions tab per client, with a status, a priority, an owner and a due date. You can add your own, assign them, and discuss them in place. See The actions board.

Notifications. Choose what Praktor tells you about, in the app or by email, with per-client overrides for the accounts that need more attention than the rest. See Notifications.

A fairer health score for new clients. The score is read from what your people logged, and a client with barely any history no longer swings to an extreme on a single log. The score stays near the middle until there’s enough evidence to mean something, then settles. See Health score.

Critical risks now force a client into At Risk. They always should have; until this release a capped client could still show amber. See Risks.
