Does Praktor record my calls?
No. A voice log is your own spoken summary of what happened after a call or meeting, not a recording of the meeting itself. You can also type your summary instead.
How long does analysis take?
A typed note is quicker than a voice note, which has to be transcribed first. Your note is saved as soon as you submit it either way, and the page updates itself as the analysis finishes, so you can leave and come back.
What are credits, and what uses them?
Credits power Praktor’s AI analysis. Logging is always free; credits are used when Praktor analyses a note (2 for a typed note, and 2 plus 1 for every minute of audio for a voice note) and when you ask the assistant a question. See Plans and credits.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your notes are still saved. Their analysis is simply paused until you top up. Nothing is lost, and paused notes are analysed automatically once you have credits again. Owners can top up under Settings → Billing.
How many clients can I have?
The Free plan allows up to 15 clients, Pro up to 50 and Business up to 250. Enterprise is unlimited.
Why does the assistant say it doesn’t know something?
The assistant only knows what’s been logged. If a topic was never captured in an interaction, it tells you honestly rather than guessing. The more your team logs, the more it can help. See Ask the assistant.
Why is my client’s health score ”—” or “insufficient data”?
Because the score is read from what your people logged, and not enough has been logged yet.
That usually means there isn’t enough recent logging to give a reliable read, not that something’s wrong. Log a few interactions and the score and sentiment will fill in. See Health score.
How do I add someone to my team?
Invite them to your workspace under Settings → Members, then add them to specific clients from each client’s Settings → Team. See Invite your team.
How do I join a colleague’s existing workspace?
Ask them to invite you. Signing up always creates a brand-new workspace, so joining an existing one is done through an invitation. If you already have your own workspace with data, Praktor can merge it across when you accept. See Workspaces.
Can I get my data out of Praktor?
Yes. Request an export any time under Settings → Export data. See Your data and privacy.
I deleted my account by mistake. Can I get it back?
If it’s been less than 7 days, yes. Sign back in and choose Keep my account to cancel the deletion. After 7 days it’s permanent.
