Tune what Praktor looks for

You need to be the client’s manager to change these.

Open the client, then Settings → Intelligence. Risks and opportunities are tuned separately, and each has the same three controls.

1. Types to detect: turn categories on or off. At least one has to stay on.
2. Sensitivity (1–5): from “only flag what’s clearly stated” up to “flag anything that might count”.
3. Watch terms: up to ten words or phrases you always want flagged, whatever the sensitivity says. Use it for the things specific to your account: a competitor’s name, a system that keeps breaking, a person whose involvement always means trouble.

The same page controls the Actions board: you can stop Praktor adding actions automatically, and set how readily it treats something as a commitment.

What happens next

Changes apply to new logs only. Praktor doesn’t re-read past interactions when you change a setting, so turning sensitivity up won’t surface anything from last month. If you want an older note re-read under the new settings, re-analyse it from the Insights tab.

Where to start

If you’re getting too much noise, turn sensitivity down one step rather than switching a category off. A category that’s off can’t surface anything, including the one that mattered.
