Your data and privacy

You’re in control of your own data in Praktor.

Exporting your data

Go to Settings → Export data and choose Request export. Praktor gathers your data (your profile, the interactions you’ve logged, your assistant conversations, and any voice files you’ve uploaded) and emails you when it’s ready. The download link works once and then expires, so save the file somewhere safe.

You can run one export at a time, and up to three in any seven-day period.

Deleting your account

Settings → Delete account removes your account. Before you confirm, Praktor asks you to re-enter your password and type a short confirmation phrase, so it can’t happen by accident.

Here’s what happens:

• Your profile, assistant conversations and voice files are deleted.
• Interactions you logged stay with the workspace, but no longer show you as the author, so your team doesn’t lose shared history.
• You have a 7-day grace period. Your account is scheduled for deletion rather than removed straight away, and you can change your mind any time in those seven days by signing back in and choosing Keep my account. After seven days, the deletion is permanent.

If you’re the only owner of a workspace that still has other members, you’ll need to make someone else an owner first (see Workspaces), so your team isn’t left without an owner.
