Add and manage clients
Create a client, fill in the details that matter, and find your way around the list.
Updated 12 September 2026
A client is any account you want to track. Everything in Praktor hangs off a client: interactions, insights, contacts and the assistant.
Creating a client
From the Clients page, choose New Client (available to workspace owners and admins). Fill in:
- Client name (required)
- Industry (optional)
- Status: Active or Prospect
- Contract value and Renewal date (optional)
When you create a client you become its manager automatically, and you land straight on its dashboard.
Client limits. The Free plan allows up to 15 clients, Pro up to 50 and Business up to 250. Enterprise is unlimited. At the limit, the New Client button becomes Upgrade to add more clients. If your workspace ever ends up over its limit (for example after a downgrade), you get seven days to sort it out before anything changes. After that, your oldest clients stay fully usable and the newest extra ones are locked, never deleted, until you upgrade or reduce your client count. See Plans and credits.
Your portfolio
The Clients page is your whole book of business. It gives you:
- A Needs attention band, covering at-risk clients, open high-priority risks and action items, plus calm headline numbers like average health, active opportunities, portfolio value and renewals due in the next 90 days. Click any tile to jump into a filtered list.
- Grid or table view, search, filters (by status), and sort (by name, health score or renewal date).
- Per-client cards showing health, sentiment, open risks and opportunities, contract value and renewal timing, with clear warnings when a renewal is close and health is low.
Owners and admins see every client; everyone else sees the clients they’ve been added to.
What you’ll see when it’s empty
- No clients yet: a prompt to add your first client (if you have permission).
- Nothing matches your filters: a one-tap Clear filters option.
- Something failed to load: a clear message with a Refresh option, never a blank screen.
Next
- What each client’s landing screen shows: The client dashboard.
- Start capturing interactions: Log an interaction.
